Returns & Refund Policy

At Dr. Aucamp Health Solutions, your satisfaction and well-being are important to us. Due to the nature of our products, we take special care to ensure transparency and compliance with the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008.
📦 1. Can I Return a Product?
You may return a product within 7 calendar days of receiving your order if:
- The product is unopened, unused, and sealed in its original packaging
- The product was not purchased on sale or as part of a promotion
- You notify us in writing within the return window
Please note: For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used products.
❌ 2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are excluded from our returns policy:
- Opened or used nutraceuticals, supplements, or ingestible products
- Products damaged after delivery due to misuse or negligence
- Custom-ordered or specially formulated products
- Gift cards and downloadable materials
🚚 3. How to Initiate a Return
To request a return, please email us at ordersomemedicine@gmail.com with the following:
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- A brief explanation for the return
We will provide return instructions, including the return address and courier details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
💳 4. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed via EFT to your nominated bank account within 5–7 business days.
Refunds are issued for the product amount only — original shipping fees are non-refundable.
🔒 Important: For safety and quality assurance, all returned products are permanently removed from our stock and will not be resold, even if unopened. This is to prevent tampering, contamination, or compromised quality. Returned items are responsibly discarded after inspection.
⚠️ 5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:
- Contact us within 48 hours of receiving the delivery
- Include photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping costs.
